the Spa & wellness center were top notch, with a sauna and a Turkish bath that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax and soak up the sun. the poolside snack bar served delicious drinks and snacks, and the live entertainment in the evening was a nice touch.

Although the night club had great music and a fun atmosphere, the volume was too loud for my liking.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Plenty of beach chairs and diverse pool areas. Fantastic range of included restaurants to suit everyone's tastes. Great entertainment options for those interested. Resort-wide WiFi available.

The hotel is located in a gated area along with a loads of other hotels, on the beach side, which is perfect for enjoying the sun and the ocean. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impeccable, especially the pool areas and the poolside toilets. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and always eager to help, with the bell boys in particular, such as Jorge and Javier, standing out for their exceptional assistance. The breakfast options offered at this hotel are diverse, catering to different tastes and regions.

Great value for the price paid, beautiful beach and excellent location. The Haciendas shared pool and hot tub was a nice touch. The food and service were both impressive. We had an issue with our room, but the staff promptly resolved it. Overall I had a fantastic, worry-free stay at this resort. I highly recommend it.

We loved being so close to the beach, with a beautiful stretch of sand and warm ocean waters. The resort offered a variety of activities and workshops to keep us entertained throughout our stay.

My partner and I recently had a fantastic time at a stunning resort in Playa. The property was sprawling and boasted beautiful landscapes teeming with adorable critters. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were delighted to find a variety of excellent non-buffet restaurants for dinner, offering delicious cuisine. Our room was spotless and comfortable, while the nightly entertainment added a touch of excitement. Moreover, the resort provided ample and picturesque beach space, which was a standout feature compared to other options in the area.

The location of the hotel is great, with beautiful beaches and an eco-friendly atmosphere. Guests can enjoy activities in the water park and feel confident knowing that they are in great hands. The hotel also offers various individual restaurants where guests can enjoy a delicious meal with a stunning view.

I was disappointed to find that there is no longer a non-smoking area in the hotel.

The hotel offers large and luxurious bathrooms with spacious rooms, mini living rooms, and balconies. The spa bath is a highlight. The pool is great for kids, and the staff are attentive. The restaurant menus are varied and the food is delicious. The beach infrastructure and activities are excellent. it is a great place for a family vacation.

Our romantic escape was absolutely amazing! the beautiful suite with a jacuzzi bath was a perfect touch for a relaxing getaway. the room was clean and spacious, and the view of the pool was stunning. We loved how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were, with only the sounds of tropical birds in the background. Plus, the location was ideal, with plenty of sunbeds available in the area and a short walk to the beach.

The only downside to our stay was the lack of communication from our travel agent. We missed the welcome meeting and never heard from our representative throughout the trip.
